Program

Welcome to Peru and to Caminante Spanish Home School.

Since 2003 we have pursued a new system of Spanish learning. According to our principle “Live and study in a Peruvian Host Family” we offer courses that are focused on full cultural immersion. To be close to native speakers is crucial for learning a language. We are the first school in Peru to offer this kind of program.

Caminante Spanish Home School staff is trained to manage every aspect of your program delightfully – tuition and accommodation are on a high level. Of course, we never forget that students are individuals with their own needs.

Our teachers are all native speakers of Spanish and experienced in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. They are only concerned with the students´ needs and requirements. We choose our staff for enthusiasm, commitment and team spirit.

When you arrive be sure that everything is organized and taken care of. All you need is energy and enthusiasm. In any case, you are in good hands.

Learning Spanish with Caminante Spanish Home School is both enjoyable and beneficial. Despite the fun and ease of learning in a family, please keep in mind, that punctuality, active participation and homework are still essential to your success.

We are divided into 2 zones and 7 locations.

North: (Chiclayo, Trujillo, Lima, Ica)

South: (Arequipa, Cusco, Puno)

Each zone is run by local organizers.

Hi, my name is Emma de Loayza;

When you travel with us, we want you to feel at home. The guides that meet you at the airport, the local families and our teachers all support you during your time here. We want you to be inspired by professional trips and to have as much fun as possible.

Certificates

Every student, who attends at least 90% of class and meets the requirements for each level receives a certificate showing duration and level of the course.

Our trained teachers are all native speakers of Spanish with experiences in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
